Jen specializes in executive administration, strategic leadership, organizational development and revenue generation for mission-driven groups. She has raised millions of dollars and overseen expansion and change management for a wide variety of organizations focused on issues including education, workforce training, environmental justice, healthcare and the arts.

 

Dedicated to civic responsibility, Jen has served for two terms as an elected school board chair, managed a political campaign that resulted in a new member of the Vermont House of Representatives, and provided successful capital campaign leadership.

 

With substantial experience in the nonprofit sector, Jen has served organizations including the Museum of Latin American Art, California Transit Training Consortium, Physicians for Social Responsibility Los Angeles, Vermont Performance Lab, Marlboro College, Brattleboro Area Hospice, Healthy Building Network and the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop.
